How much time does end of tenancy cleaning usually take?
The service normally takes between 3 and 6 hours, depending on the size and condition of the property. However, this is not charged by the hour, so the team will stay as long as needed to complete the tasks included in the cleaning checklist.
Can the service be carried out if I am still living in the property?
Yes, the cleaning can still be done while you are at the property. Please note that if personal belongings are still present, extra charges may apply and the service guarantee will not be valid.
